SiriMoto 1 Year Limited Warranty


The Warranty
SiriMoto warrants ALL its parts (and components within each part if the part is a kit) be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, regardless of mileage, with the following exceptions:
  • Damage due to transportation.
  • Failure to install, use, or maintain the part properly.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from accidents or other events not reasonably anticipated by us (e.g. vehicle theft, collision, flood, etc.).
  • Deliberate or excessive abuse (i.e. purposely trying to test the limits of a part).
  • Transfer of part to a new owner. SiriMoto's warranty coverage is non-transferable.
SiriMoto's warranty coverage extends even to customers who use its parts in sanctioned competition / race events.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Other Warranty Terms
The SiriMoto 1 Year Limited Warranty LIMITS THE DURATION AND LEGAL REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We do not charge for warranty inspection, but you will have to pay transportation charges to get the part to us (we cover the return shipping). Make sure your shipment is insured since SiriMoto cannot be liable for lost in-bound shipments. Shipments outside of the continental United States may incur additional shipping fees.

How to Obtain Warranty Service
Simply contact SiriMoto by emailing support@sirimoto.com. Please reference your SiriMoto order number or the order number from your place of purchase and explain the issue you are experiencing. We may require extra information, such as photos, to help diagnose the problem.

What Will SiriMoto Do?
We will repair any part that we determine to be defective in materials and/or workmanship. If a repair is not feasible, we will either replace your part with a new one (or comparable one if the part is no longer offered) or refund the full original purchase price of the part, including taxes and shipping. SiriMoto has sole discretion over which option to choose.

Limitation of Liability
THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL SiriMoto's LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT (INCLUDING TAXES AND SHIPPING), AND WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, EVEN IF WE ARE NEGLIGENT OR WARNED IN ADVANCE BY YOU OF THE POTENTIAL FOR SUCH DAMAGES.
